My Ob...Obsession!

Assalamualaikum w.b.t..

The first things ever came to my mind every morning when I need to go for work everyday is, WHAT SHOES DO I NEED TO MATCH WITH MY ATTIRE TODAY??

Well, if only I can wear Slippers at the office, which I only use slippers kalau pegi tandas or surau- it would be the utmost and happiest places I wanted to be. However...apart of slippers which is easy to wear and comfortable, I actually love Shoes or specifically I can say High Heels shoes.I do love high heels so much and it is my obsession...What I love most is to browse for shoes and to try them on. It can take me hours of entertainment..

I heart shoes. Those are fabulous!!

Love Love in my closet..

A co-worker of mine, Alya just sent me the link to this blog and at the sight of such  a magnificent shoe closet, I literally gasped out loud:)   Seriously, though, my addiction...err my collection..is not quite that big, but it's getting there...My husband shake his head and rolls his eyes every time I bring home another pair, but he understands that this is the one way I really spoil myself. I'm thrifty to the point of being obnoxious when it comes to groceries, furniture  electrics, etc. But when it comes to shoes, I simply can't help myself.  And I've been known to build a whole outfit around a mildly ridiculous, totally sassy, doesn't-go-with-anything-else-I-own-but-I-simply-have-to-have-them pair. I've been a shoe obsessed from a very young age, and my love for Sex and the City only served to encourage my fetish. So why do I do it? Because life can be so serious, that sometimes we all just need something that reminds us to lighten up.

Are you shoe obsessed too? I am!

Saving the best for the last-Me!

Assalamualaikum w.b.t.. B's nature of work leaves me with no choice but to be independent. His work schedule knows no weekends and public holiday. But a kaki jalan I am by nature and nurture, what if it's only me and Aulia'? bring it on! Nak keluar jugak! I thought  it was impossible at first but naaa, practice makes perfect, I am so used to it already, you'll be surprised of what I can do with only one hand. Haha The skills develop naturally. From folding stroller and do groceries shopping while pushing the cart and her stroller? I have done all that. But there are time I do need hands from strangers, and kudos to Malaysians, they're helpful. And I think this is the perfect bonding time because Aulia' is with her baby sitter during the weekdays. Her new doll with blinking eyes and annoying sound..  So there are times, I'd love to doll up, but now I have a plus one! How? I doll her up as well! luckily she's a daughter, dear God thanks

The Hi5 Concert in Malaysia

Assalamualaikum wbt.. My little girl was so giddy about the Hi5 concert in Malaysia since we bought the tickets couple of months ago. She keep saying she's gonna dance along with the Hi5 songs with her friends in front of the stage. We bought the concert tickets via online at TicketPro.com and the concert is held for one week until before the xmas.  One ticket for Aulia' at the Mosh Pit area costs about RM 283 while another two tickets for hubby and myself costs about RM 113 per person. We came a bit earlier than the show at KLPAC after having our lunch at home and we visited the lobby area and bought  Hi5 souvenir for Aulia'. The show started at 2.30 p.m. and as soon as the kids heard the entrance announcement, they all are on their feet ready to rock the concert. Chatterbox or known as "Chats" first appearance and the kids been screaming all the time when it all started including my little one. We can see her excitedly jumping around from our se

Carnaval Churrascaria

Assalamualaikum w.b.t.. Last week we had an invitation from our boss for a departmental dinner. This is the third time I join in with the whole Renewable Energy team for official  makan-makan . So we had this dinner session at a weird place named Carnaval Churrascaria, (I still had a problem of pronouncing this restaurant's name) somewhere near to the Atria Mall in Damansara Jaya SS22, Petaling Jaya. Carnaval Churasscaria is one such Brazilian Restaurant, decked out with Brazilian national colour of yellow and green. It is a brazillian style where all the meats are grilled and the waiter come to each table with knives and skewered meat and slice it for us.. For non-MEAT lovers, you may opt for the non-meety buffet..they actually have rice, pasta, potatoes, salads and some seafood. For those who loves garlic bread, you should try their garlic bread which mixed with cheese..Two thumbs up!! yummy!
